Digital Purchased Verified - Still Unverified

I received an email saying that my purchase had been verified a day ago, but I still can't used the features for verified accounts.

What do I need to do?

Try connecting to your Battle.net Account Management page and changing the account's password. That will refresh the account data which should clear this up for you.
