WTF - Why does it scroll SUPER FAST when i click the arrows in the chat window. If I only want to go up a few it speeds through like a 100. 2 clicks and im at the top..

No idea, mine doesn't do it and no setting I can find changes it. Do you maybe have a macro app running or have the mouse sensitivity so high a click is registering as several at a time?
