Bought game got email can't connect to AH. :(

Wondering why I can't connect to the AH since I got the email saying all game features are now available. Made a support ticket 4 days ago but no reply. :( Would a reinstall help?

Try connecting to your Battle.net Account Management page and changing the account's password. That will refresh the account data which should clear this up for you.
