hi, i've installed Diablo III in my two computers. One is portable and the other is this one. I always played in the portable one with no errors, and then, sudently, I can't play because I haven't got enough space in my computer (that's totally false 'cause Diablo needs 12GB and I've got 60 GB free). in this one (that is bigger but older), I've installed it, but when I try to run it there's an error that I can't see because the screen gets grey and I can't see anything...
I've tryed a lot of things like clean my computer and all the stuff that is on the help web but no one worked. What can I do now? Thanks If the help is in spanish better =) |

Deabelli,
What message do you get that suggests not enough space exists? For the other computer, I'll need to see the configuration to start. You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. |
