The regen from BR neglects the life cost.
With 2 max mana items SA is more appealing as you get manaregen, which is great when you reposition/kite/move and whatnot. Using both is very viable on mp10, for example bears cost 140 mana -15% from BR, I got -17 cost to bears and 100 manaregen, with 1170 mana and using honored guest, I can spam bears forever. |
