I just installed Windows 8 with my newly built custom PC. I installed Diablo III without any problems. However, when I try to log in it gives me the "Error 14009." I have no trouble logging in Diablo III with my Windows 7 laptop so I know its not an account issue. What can I do to fix this???
Could you try what's described in the following article please?

This one deals primarily with Agent. Deleting the folder will force the game to reacquire the latest version.
