Diablo® III

can't access my account

I can't access my account, When I try to log on it says something about applying new patch and says it will do it automatically and restart. I hit OK and diablo restarts, it says game is up to date but when I try to log on to my account it just does the same thing saying it will automatically apply the new patch... Just keeps repeating and wont let me get on my account, anyone have any ideas?

It may help to also delete the Diablo III\Diablo III.mfil file
