Posting it isn't going to be of any help to anyone. When the crash occurred, if it was able to be submitted, a popup would have appeared and you would simply have to allow it to be sent in.
They're sent to our QA Team where they're collated and passed on to the developers if there appears to be a pattern of multiple reports for the same issue. For one-offs, they probably won't do anything as it would in all likelihood be a client problem on the user's machine, not a game bug.
For that, you'd have to work with us here in this forum to try resolving it through various troubleshooting steps. For a problem that hasn't happened for a month, there's really nothing to do at this point.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
