Frustrating Bug - All my profiles were lost

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have one big issue here that I lost all my profiles of characters both in game and Web. That means I was isolated from this world!! No one can find my information in game or Web even myself. :*(

Please kindly check this bug and help me on this.

All your stuff seems to be in the korean server , when you start the game up you need to change it from NA to KR.

Thanks Sir, But actually, I have also created some characters in KR server. My issue is I lost the profiles for US server.

You should probably put in a support ticket ( http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/contact ), or post in the technical support forum ( http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386227/ ).

Actually, I open the ticket to Blizzard and they suggested me to create the thread here. It doesn't work?

I see 10 characters on your account all on the Americas (US) region, 8 of them level 60s. Are you saying you can't get to them in the game or just that your profile isn't working on the website? For the profile not showing, that's something you'd have to post about over on the Web Bug Reports forum where there are a few threads about it already.

Thank you for prompt response.

I will explain more here for your reference. My account was hacked before and I requested to roll back. After rollback, I lost three characters which was created and played for almost 4 months and the remaining 7 characters's profiles were unavailable both in game and Web also I lost all information in game like kill, progress etc. That means I and my friends can't see my profiles both in game and web. Regarding the web issue, I guess it's because my profile was borken in game which can't be interfaced to web correctly. BTW I'm DB solution manager.

I really think there is sth wrong your DB team did before when they did rollback. Pls kindly resolve this for me.

All I can recommend is posting in the Website Bug Reports forum as I said earlier. It's not a tech issue of the type we can help with in here. From my experience though, there's little to nothing they'll be able to do when it comes to achievements being reported incorrectly.

Thanks but from my prospective, I believe this is tech issue which can be fixed from the backend. Regarding the web profile issue, I will open another ticket per your suggest.
