I didn’t receive my purchase

Good evening. I put highest bit at item and won but amulet didn't received. That item have records at completed tab ( Purchased - Bit) but i didn't get item somehow.
please check my records.

This is the bug report forum. The QA team cannot "check your records", or do anything about your transaction -- that's a customer service issue.
