Blizzard suspended my account and haven't refunded my money. They sent me and email saying the transaction was unable to finalize. I bought the game again before knowing they didn't refund my money and it has been in the queue for hours. I have sent a support ticket and also it has been without reply for hours. I would really like to get this taken care of.
