Unable to "Send to Stash" on ring [Video]

There's a ring on my auction house, order 1238377492 called The Chamber and it won't go to my stash no matter what I try. I've tried logging out and logging in, clearing space, everything I can think of.

Have you tried submitting a support ticket? That is the appropriate way to get help with auction house issues -- the ticket creation process even has fields for order ID and timeframe: https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit

I don't seem to be able to find a way to submit a ticket, what options do you select?

The ticket creation process seems a little screwy since they updated the questions. Try this:
  • Choose from a list of pre-defined topics
  • I have an issue with a purchase or payment.
  • My purchase or payment issue is not listed here.

Here in Account and Technical Support we aren't able to assist with any issues in game. This includes anything with the gold Auction Houe or the Real Money Auction House.

Well, they're wrong. The ticket system lets you create tickets specifically for issues with the RMAH, and both Vasadan and Omrakos (both blues, on the Bug Report and Technical Support forums, respectively) have repeatedly told people to open tickets for these kind of issues.

If the Blizzard representatives there can't solve your issue, and tell you to put in a support ticket, you can link their response in your ticket to back up the assertion that the ticket team is responsible for fixing your issue.
