Frenzy Triumph not triggering

Hello. For some reason, frenzy's triumph is not triggering on my Barb today. Not once, not twice...not at all. I've used it all week and today it's just not activating when I kill a monster. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

Actually, in my case Triumph stopped working after I started using a weapon with "Slain enemies rest in pieces". Probably this attribute really prevents the healing skill. |
