Item processing in AH

I sold an item on Gold AH and the item is gone and i have not recived any gold, the item sold for 200 mil. The item says "processing" with a red ! at the end. The Order ID is : 982153969

Thank you again blizzard. This is the third time this happen.

Auction house transactions may take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours to complete. If you haven't received your item/gold/money after that, you should put in a support ticket: https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit

Its been 5 days now. stil says processing. Ive already send a ticket, they send me here. They said, and i quote;

"Game masters are 100% hands off when it comes to the Auction House. They cannot alter bids, buyouts, or purchases in any way, regardless of reason. The auction house was developed to operate independently as a free market. We have not been given the tools to assist with these issues, and as such cannot fulfill your request at this time.

If you believe there is an error within the game (a bug/glitch) you need to report this on the bug reports forums so the developers can look into this and see about preventing it in the future. They will likely not respond to your individual thread, but will forward the information to be looked into."

This isn't the Bug Reports forum. Your post may have been moved though. Still , there is nothing we can do in the forums. You MUST open a ticket and have it addressed in that manner. The reps answering them are able to escalate them for investigation.

Records show the auction ended 2013-01-01 19:34:36 UTC. Allow it a little more time, then submit a ticket if you still haven't received it but you'd have to do it on the EU site as that's where your Battle.net and Game account are located.
