Unable to "Send to Stash" on ring [Video]

There's a ring on my auction house, order 1238377492 called The Chamber and it won't go to my stash no matter what I try. I've tried logging out and logging in, clearing space, everything I can think of.

I made a video showing it:

I tried posting in the Bug Report section, and I tried opening up a ticket to no avail:

I have the same issue but blizzard isnt letting me open a ticket so I dont know what to do

Hello Omrakos, thanks for responding.

I'd love to report this as a ticket but I don't see a combination of drop-down options that allow me to.

For example, if I chose "In-Game Issue" then none of those 4 drop down options even allow me to submit a ticket.

Please advise.

I see you were able to submit a ticket for the issue already. I'd suggest reopening it and asking them to escalate it. You might tell them this is not a PayPal issue but one with the auction house instead. Our records do show the item was claimed 12-18-2012 at 17:53:31 but it's also still listed as "claimable" so something's odd with the transaction. I also could not find the ring in your inventory though if it had been traded to another player, I wouldn't be able to see that.

Here in Account and Technical Support we aren't able to assist with any issues in game. This includes anything with the gold Auction Houe or the Real Money Auction House.


Meaning they weren't able to help me.

Should I ask him to escalate it on your behalf?

Keep trying via the ticketing system. There's nothing I can do in the forums. They can escalate your ticket to have the transaction investigated.

I can't submit a ticket for in-game things, and all the in-game ticket sections redirect to the forums.

How should I resolve this?

Technical Support told me they can't help with in-game issues and redirected me to this support article: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/reporting-diablo-iii-bugs
