You're doing it wrong if...
If you copied your build off the net and then complain the game has no build diversity.

If you think the health potion cooldown is too long.
Much wisdom in this one.
I agree and disagree.
One shouldn't complain about build diversity if they copy the ideas of others. But this game really does have little to offer in build diversity.
I almost never use potions nowadays, but I still find it ridiculous that there are so many things with cool downs in this game.
I guess (maybe?) it is to discourage botting or something? I don't know, I'm very anti-cool downs though, I think at the beginning they hurt new players, discouraging them from enjoying the game. But if you stick with it, once you're getting good at the game, you care less about them* (*some of them like potion cool down for example).
I don't use bots so I don't know about for them, but for human players, there's no valid reason to have cool downs on skills. They should remove them and if it leads to game mechanic abuse, then just add some sort of small resource cost to those skills or make the already existent cost higher.. or, I don't know, not be lazy coders and fix it so it cannot be abused...
...You're doing it wrong: If you think Diablo 3 was properly programmed or tested well enough prior to release. Again, not a hater, I'm just encouraging Blizzard to fix their mistakes because I'm a big fan.
