I think unless you love the Dex so muchhhh, that's the way to go if you are not using CC Nats to boost your CC. Even Ice Climbers are okay, but Zuni boots are more favorable imo coz more Intel and/or AR. I take a big shot in EHP after dodge, but my EHP pre-dodge actually goes up, so does DPS.
Dex is a nice bonus, Nats set is nice also, but I really think Zuni can perfectly be BiS if you are not chasing CC.
My Nats ring is too good with the max CD. Such a rare ring good enough doesn't exist yet.
I would lose...
16% Crit Damage
1% Crit Chance
37 Resist All
Imo thats a push at best. I would gain roughly the dps from the poison, the int would counter the dps from the CD and CC lost.
So is 277 dex better or worse than ~35 resist all and not even 10k dps? I say yes, by a very VERY large margin. 277 dex is a massive advantage because dodge is a multiplicatable term vs your total mitigation (on average ofc).
Considering I'm already nearly 600k pre-dodge EHP (and will be over 600k by p100) there's no real reason to not stack dodge to the hilt cause I can eat MP10 fanatics and molten bombs to the face without even having a shards up without death.
I think we're going to have to agree to disagree, cause I value dodge VERY highly. How do you guys calculate EHP with block? The gaming sites all 'normalize' EHP as 'how many hits of XX,XXX damage in a row can you take?' Its not purely a 'how big on a single hit can you take' thing.
Both numbers are valuable ofc, so I consider 'unbuffed' EHP to be pure life / mitigation. Then EHP to be the dprog version, that includes block, dodge, and -% melee/range.
