Diablo® III


I'm hoping someone from blizzard reads this. My wife has been locked out of her account and can't get back into it. She has submitted two tickets already providing ID and all the forms they require and so far all she has gotten back is the same automated response both times that says her ticket has been resolved. She clicks on the link provided and it takes her to the website asking her to log in to battlenet. She can't. She is still locked out of her account. We have invoice of the game purchase, pictures of the CD key, ID proving my wife is who she says she is and we have provided all of this and still she can't get into her account. She submitted a third ticket this morning and hopefully someone from blizzard actually reads the ticket this time. She paid a lot of money for her collectors edition D3 so that she can't play it.

Has this issue been solved?
I've been locked out today, but solved the issue easily by just clicking on some links and resetting my password as what the email had told me to do.
