Question about black damage

I've heard its being fixed.
This is what i heard is being fixed exactly: The min/max does not add up correctly Now my question is this: Does black damage work the way it is intended with element percent bonuses from other gear? and is black damage suppose to get better bonuses then other weapons from element percent bonus gear? If so, why? |
