help got disconnected from net now list empty

have no friends on friend list its completely empty now no recent players either etc...
got dc'd from server...couldnt login after few tries finally got back in but now this. They can see me online but I cant see them. just says 0. any help?? i'm on the right server in options US. |

Ya one of my friend is invisible but he can see me but he cant whisper me ... nobody can ....
