My follower turned on me after pvp, and i killed her and she kept attacking when she came alive. I'm sure everyone is aware but its my responsibility to report.

It's also your responsibility to search for existing reports before adding another one, and to report to the appropriate forum. There is a bug report forum specifically for the PTR: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/7328696/
