Help in submitting a Ticket

Hi

I'm trying to to get a ticket lodged for items that went missing on the Gold Auction house today. (Purchased by myself @ 56m gold - gold gone - item nowhere to be found).

When I try to lodge a ticket it ask if I want to 'Use a few words to summarize your issue' or 'Use a few words to summarize your issue'

If I choose the later, it provides with a list that does not include anything about missing items from the AH - if I choose from the former and merely type something in, it tries to gives me the closest option available but none of them is about the Gold auction house.

You can lodge ticket if you lost money from the RMAH, any every one of the 'ingame' issue tells you that you cannot lodge it ticket on this issue.

Can anyone give direction on how I can lodge a ticket for the above issue?

I was looking through the options here on the website for Ticket Submission when trying to sort this out. It forces you into the Bug report option basically(In game issue and that is the closest category that fits) and then tell you to post on the Bug Report forum. It seems the only ticket support is for RMAH issues which is not what you used.

Tomorrow afternoon when Tech Support is around, you can try posting your Auction ID here and seeing if a Blue can look into it for you. All they can see though is the basics such as won/lost/claimed. They will be unable to fix anything for you and will direct you to post on the Bug Report forums if the item actually did go missing.

Thanks for the answer, the item did eventually popped up 4 hrs later.

However it is annoying that a issue like missing item doesn't warrant any support at all other than posting it in a forum.
