Crafting idea - Enhance Damage v1.22

Everyone know that AH is flooded with junk LEG that should really become brimstone to safe up space for the economy. I hope this idea will reduce junk LEG and increase the value of brimstones.

"Enhance Damage"
Each Legendary weapon when its identified will roll some dps and damage (average damage) and some will have +xx% damage. My idea is that the blacksmith can increase the damage of a weapon until its maximum possible roll (the number on the game guide) by using brimstone as a crafting material.

"Enhance Damage"
+2-12% Damage
Cost: 80,000 Gold Material: 3 Fiery Brimstone

LEG Weapon with good rolls can be kept and upgraded by it will take a long time if the dps of the weapon is very low. Now the problem with this idea is that it will destroy the idea of having +min/+max dmg on weapons.
Once crafted any weapon with +xx% damage will now read as +50% (cap) even if the damage on the weapon is not capped. This process can be repeat as many times as you want. They blacksmith will only tell you that the weapon has reach its limit when you finish crafting.

"Forging/Enhanced Metalwork"
We get crafting materials from salvaging magical item. We should be able to use them to upgrade our gear. The cost will be like crafting a LEG from a plan, ie Hallowed Defenders.

"Power Forge"
One of 5 Magic Properties (varies)
+125-250 Minimum Damage
+167-333 Maximum Damage
+143-286 Minimum Damage
+191-381 Maximum Damage
+241-265 Armor
+361-397 Armor
+26-50% Damage
Cost: 180,000 Gold
Material: Exquisite Essence (120), Iridescent Tear (30), Fiery Brimstone (3)
*If the item doesn't not have one of the 3 magic properties it will gain 1 extra property if it has less than 8 properties. If the item has one of the 3 magic properties it will be added until the limitation maximum, ie +50% Damage will not become +100% it will stay at +50%. Higher roll will replace lower ones.

"Attribute Forge"
One of 8 Magic Properties (varies)
+90-100 Strength
+90-100 Dexterity
+90-100 Intelligence
+90-100 Vitality
+170-200 Strength
+170-200 Dexterity
+170-200 Intelligence
+170-200 Vitality
Cost: 180,000 Gold
Material: Exquisite Essence (120), Iridescent Tear (30), Fiery Brimstone (3)
*Same rule as above

"Socket Forge"
+1 to Empty Socket
Cost: 120,000 Gold
Material: Exquisite Essence (80), Iridescent Tear (25), Fiery Brimstone (1)
*Item must have socket before crafting, or the forge will fail (and you lose materials and gold). Maximum allow socket is 3 on Chest, and 2 on Pants.
