The least you could do is acknowledge there's a problem with the mobile authenticator and tell us what steps you're taking and when you anticipate a resolution.
Keeping your customers in the dark isn't fair at all. |

It's actually not the authenticator app, everyone atm afaik.

I've been trying to log in off and on for 4 hours now, and it wasn't there 4 hours ago. I just now noticed it, so it hasn't been there for several days now.
