Diablo® III

Cannot download Test Realm

Hi i am unable to see Test Real Client for download under my battle.net account
I am only able to see Game Client available for download.
Anyone have idea how to enable it for me on my account?

If you click where it says "Download Game Client" after opening the Diablo III section, it should give you the two choices for clients. Retail and the Public Test Realm. The only requirement is having a Diablo III account in good standing.

Yep thats exactly what i have on my account.
Two options: Client and Test Client.

In my friends case he only has one option.
What to do......!
He was never banned for anything, his account is in good standing.
Maybe its a bug?

I'm also unable to see the PTR option - all I see is the option to download the retail game client. I have never had any actions taken against my account.

I'm not seeing any problems with the accounts that would explain you not being able to see the PTR client for download.

I'm afraid you'll need to submit a support ticket and see if the Billing Reps can help with this.

Hey guys, I got it fixed on my account. You need to accept the PTR option at this url (https://us.battle.net/account/management/d3/dashboard.html) and then go into the download section (https://us.battle.net/account/download/?show=d3). Both options should be there now.

And many thanks Omrakos for the timely help. I've often spent hours on hold (on the phone) to Blizzard support, but you managed to respond to both my posts within an hour. It is duly appreciated!
