BLZAPPBTS00008...what?

OK, seems like alot of problems like this and so much sifting through nubs. The servers are down they said maintenance last night so chill and dont spam my thread.

as for the BLZAPPBTS00008 error, I did have it intalled and working fine. got 3lvl 60+
I work on computer hardware and can say my pc should not be able to play this game, it is not my uac, virus's or anything out of wack and I cant even reinstall after folder files are deleted. Screw tech support as I would do a better job at getting to the fix of things.

If anyone has insight on the problem let me know, I got a couple more idea's to try too

DXDIAG!

ok thx guys found and fixed it myself.

Step-BY-Step

  • 1.) you need to be able to see hidden files, "alt" will bring up tool tab in vista or windows 7
  • http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/

  • 2.) open up "C:\ProgramData" if you cant see it go back to step 1...
  • 3.) Delete Battle.net folder
  • 4.) open up and your back to dling....
  • bad tech support they have...

    for the people that cant do that...

  • 1.) open "notepad" and type in {rd /s /q "C:\ProgramData\Battle.net"} without the {}
  • 2.) "SAVE AS" d3DEbug.bat
  • 3.) open "d3DEbug.bat" and it will be done quick
  • 4.) open D3 and it will now auto update
  • again gg support why don't you have a debug made? do I have to do everything for you guys? i could make it even better too.... just add the rest of the file they want you to delete... everything but "Diablo III""Diablo III Launcher" again gg n00bs
