Having Disconnecting problems

My chat doesn't not disconnect my game just freezes and I can see all chats, friends lists, every window opens. I just cannot leave game or move, the game just freezes up I have to restart / rejoin which ever game im in or if i play solo, start over. This is getting increasingly worse and worse since the PTR release. can someone please help me.
