Blizzard skill buff...

What do you all think this will do for cm/ww builds? Will it just be another skill that is swapped with teleport like meteor or mw?

Useless skill is slightly less useful, Archon(teleport rune)is even faster now on full mp 1 speed runs. Blizzard didn't go far enough on either orb or blizzard in their skill buff's.
