CM/RM build - need advice on gear

I recently started playing d3 again and found this build on the forum. I am having a great time with this build and was hoping on some advice on improving my gear. I am currently using the skills from this thread http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/6933833758 which I do not find too much info on gear.
Can some recommend what I should be working on replacing? Also keep in mind I am broke so I will need to save up for anything :) |

Chantodo's Will with attack speed, Stormcrow with 6% CC or Mempo with IAS and CC. Natalya's set for CC and IAS. Inna pants or Blackthorne, Tal Ras armor.
