Bring back drop% for item lvl 63 (scaled to MP)

Mp0: 0% chance to drop item lvl 63 (just 61+62).
Mp1: 10%
Mp2: 20%
Mp3: 30%
etc
etc
Mp10:100%

Similar to the act 1,2,3,4 % drop chance for IL 63.
Thoughts?

No thanks. It's already a low enough chance that you'll even get a good rare anyways.

but thats all in perspective. If you didn't have so many people in godly items right now (because of the drop rate change to 63s non the less) your idea of "good rare" would vary more... wouldn't have to have flawless stats and could still make you a good profit. Granted it would take the economy time to adjust.

nonsense. then you just make it mandatory to do high mp levels whcih is against the design decision.

the reason why it is that way because of all the people clamouring for nerfs. also its against build diversity.

now you have a choice to make whatever build to do for whatever mp lvl that build can handle if you want the variety.

eg: you finally developed carpal tunnel syndrome on your left hand., crippled for life, you can no longer play cm wizard.

BUT lo and behold you can play a mouse clicking arcane orb LL blizzard wizard still..just at lower mp lvl.
