Build for high MP

Hey fellows WD. I have stopped to play my WD since the MP patch (1.05?). Like everybody else, I pick up my WD again for the coming PvP patch.
So far, I have no problem for low MP farming. GI/GF is awesome and do a great job but it loss its charm after MP5/6 or so. So what build/setup is good for high MP(7+)? I have 200m budget. |

Get a pox if you don't have one. I'd drop GI for blood ritual and swap VQ in for Spirit Vessel. I'd work on getting more HP and more resist with more DPS before you start working on MP7 +
