Error 3006 when logging in

Same 3006, switching heroes, error logging in. I cleared the network as described in the FAQs and got back in, but still get 3006 error 2 out of 3 times I attempt log in. Just now I was ingame and get the 3006 error and booted out of game.

Also, is there a Server Status page for the PTR? I can't find it if there is.
