this doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't dual wield benefit more because of the faster attack speed?
I tried d3rawr and I get more dps from marquise emerald than ruby on my EF. I'm not sure if it calculates correctly.

Ruby will only boost EF damage
Emerald will boost you damage on both weapon
of course you might get a dps boost, that is because your main hand does more damage, but you also lose damage on you off-hand. IT also depends on how much chd you have on you without the emerald bonus.
