Can't Access My Account - Help

Hi all,

I recently upgrade my account and now i'm unable to play.

I upgraded the account on a laptop that is unable to play the game and I tried entering my credentials on my other laptop to Play the game and it's saying locked due to suspicious activity.

I'm at a lost. I need Help. Please anyone. I can't regain access to my account. I tried to reset password and I can't. What else is there to do?

Why can't you reset the password? You should have gotten an email with the password re-set link for your area in it. Just follow the directions and reset the PW using your secret question. If you can't do that, then you will have to go through the ticket system to get assistance.
