PVP wih barbar life regen

I have already pvp with barbar life regen .Don't know what to do with him.My life is 110 k hp,ar 700 armor 4000 with buff dps about 230 K unbuff. When i take him 1/2 life he go after wall and wait regen all his HP. His Hp regen about 4000 /s .And when he rend me i lost 80k hp. My backupplan cooldown not enough fast to help me .
