Quick question regarding Strafe/Rapid Fire

I'll cut to the chase:
Does ATTACK SPEED make a difference when you're using Strafe or Rapid Fire? as in, If you have high attack speed, does Strafe and Rapid fire hit more often/fires faster? |

AS Works for me and works very well for where I am at so far. I am running at 52% and it has made a world of difference for me. I Use rapid fire with the Withering fire rune so my hatred cost is lower.
Make sure you got plenty of CC and CD and it will work pretty good. |
