I'm posting this here as I'm hopeful that some of you might have accessed the code and will know the answer. I know that ias is calculated off of the base attack speed, so additional ias doesn't cause a linear increase in dps, but why doesn't additional cc/cd cause a linear increase? For example, if you have 300 cd, then logically one would assume that a 10% cc bump would net you a 30% dps increase, right? Well, it doesn't. Ditto for a cd bump...if you have 30% cc, then shouldn't a 100 cd bump net you a straight 30% dps increase? I'm anxious to know what the formula is so that I can better plan upgrades in the future.
