Don't worry, you've got a pretty powerful long-range attack now...
Wave of Light - monk lightshow rune deals 900% damage on all directions up to 30 yards, stronger than any Wizard skill, and you can shoot it 3 times in a row with 250 spirit passive.
Enjoy 1-shotting DHs and Wizards from far away as a monk now.
And barbs regenerate 2% life per second and just rend & sprint so they can't say anything :)
You realize that we Melee Classes already benefit from 30% reduction. Having 65% total base reduction while PvP'ing should feel good.
Even if the reduction was the same we would have 60%.
My real concern and hope was that spells/abilities that purge debuffs would affect Player Generated debuffs (<_< Like Haunt / Rend / Exploding Palm). This isn't from a balance standpoint, but more of a "This ability isn't working properly" standpoint.

So it seems like a total of 35%. Which makes sense because right now barbs at the high end are practically impossible for classes like DH to beat.
They are starting up making the percentages almost similar. With this they can see if there is better balance, if not they will increase the gap. I guess.
When the patch started, there was no reduction at all. Then players became elites, and now this. It is clear to me that blizz are not above completely reworking the duel balance yet, and nothing is yet written in stone...
