-average damage on jewelry
-socket(s) in your weapon(s)
-cc on your jewelry
-ias where ever possible (gloves, jewelry, pants, chest are all slots which can have it)
-movement speed (can get it on chest, pants, boots, and bracers)

I would get new bracers for your very first upgrade, but read up on what stats you should be looking for.
