"Overkill damage is not considered in the reflect

Damage reflected back from the Reflects Damage affix should now be capped at 10% of the monster’s current health pool (overkill damage is not considered in the reflect)


Why do I have the feeling that this is what made RD minions so hard to beat? And in turn that's what made RD feel too strong?

Between the change in behavior and this bug fix, I fear that RD may have been over nerfed...
