The set bonus's are indeed most likely being changed.... I looked at PTR feedback and there was a huge discussion on wizard set bonus's, my take on this is they're trying to re-balance everything for pvp.
There's about a million possible answers to this mystery, yet you managed to somehow choose the worst one.
Just how freaking stupid you ppl can be??? You even think for a moment this is real?!
Even if the set bonuses are being changed this is not an indication that there is.
This is a website bug and nothing more as shown by other set items that are missing set bonuses.
Why would a website bug display only some set bonuses? You obviously don't program if you think bugs should be that predictable.
Hi. I'm a Software Developer under the IRS MEF (modernized e-file) program.
I have programmed my own tax forms and have electronically filed my tax returns using my own software.
Now that we've addressed that baseless and pointless accusation, let's try to find out why certain legendary and set item affixes are missing and others aren't, because at the moment there is no logical basis behind those that are currently missing versus those which are currently intact.

If they switch the dex bonus for the crit bonus in nat pieces, my monk will suffer greatly. I'm already going to lose about 7% edps in this patch.
For 130 dex, 2 nat pieces are not worth it for me. I'd rather get ice climbers and a decent ring then.
according to d3up. I will lose 12k dps on my 201k dps monk :(
So another 6% to the mix.
Which would all be fine, except that my survival depends on dealing dmg to get hp back from it. So this means 13% less life stolen if they do this with the new patch

I can only say we will have to wait and see what they do for the set bonuses. Although it is kind of odd that they do not want to tell us upfront about this. It will not go well if they make the changes without giving us a heads up.
Depending on how they change them it could go as bad as the day when NCsoft wanted to spring the change of Enhancement Diversification on the City of Heroes players on the live servers without a heads up. The only ones who knew where the closed beta testers that were beta testing issue 6 that had that change. It made the close beta testers so mad that some of them broke their NDA and told their fellow players. Then NCsoft had to run damage control for a long while.
They seen the error of that idea of thrusting something like that as moment of Surprise, Surprise, Surprise. That line might have been funny with Gomer Pile but not when considering the change of Enhancement Diversification without a heads up.
Im guessing Blizz is doing internal testing and the "missing" values might mean those are the bonuses(and block %) they plan to change. Someone said he contacted Blizz and got a "yes" to changes. Once Blizz is happy with the changes, they should give us a headsup before applying the hotfix or implementing them in patch 1.07. Yes some monks and wiz are worried about losing the 7% cc from nat's bonus(ring+boots) but that set is meant for a DH(if you use sharpshooter, no more worries about cc) in the first place. I am surprised other classes can even wear that gear. Oh well, you can get up to 6% cc on a ring(many good rares and leg rings) so you are only down 1% which shouldn't even be noticeable. As for block chance, im guessing it's either getting nerfed(very OP for pvp) or it's going away(save for a little base block on shields) and being replaced with reduce melee/elite damage % instead. This will let players equip doombringers, helms of command and JL rings without even needing a shield for the melee/elite damage reduce. Shields can still be used for the base block(20% max) and the extra 1000-1500 armor as well as up to 10% cc(instead of 15% ias bonus for dual wield)
So in that case lagacy nats set price will be even more valuable again? They should have jus made that 7 % cc bonus solely for dh rather that moving it to 3 piece or even 4 piece bonus. Having full set items is jus too restrictive and plain boring . lol if they change it it be like one step to self distruction of the game itself forcing players into path of exile.

but you can get a nat ring with 6% crit, so no, you don't just lose 1%, you lose 7%
I said a few posts above yours that I would lose 12k, this is if they exchange that 7% for 130 dex, if they somehow removed it completely, I think I lost about 15k dps.
And relating that set is "only for DH", you're wrong.
Monks also use tal rasha's chest for the attack speed
Barbs use monk's pants because of the attack speed + movement speed
I think some demon hunters also do that.
And others, gear shouldn't be locked, it should be more open and diversified.
Besides, inna's set doesn't have boots or rings, so using it in combination with nat's set is just ideal.
The sets are meant to be combined if you want to.
I agree on one thing though, the nat's 2pc is kind of overpowered. But it sucks that I spent so many millions to get mine and now it might be worthless

What happens if they actually change the set bonuses? Will the existing items be affected? ...it took me several hundred hours to gather enough gold to buy a decent Nat's ring, I will be really but REALLY pissed if they nerf the bonus.
