They Expired a while ago and still havent been sent to my completed items tab

Unfortunately, as you may be able to tell with hundreds of similar threads, your items are probably gone if you still do not see the items in 5 days and Blizzard responded to most of these tickets that they cannot do anything :(

same issue.

lost 2 items worth 110m. it's been 5 days and all I get is this

"Unfortunately, we are unable to restore items which have been reported as lost which you have. Unlike the game World of Warcraft, we do not have the ability to investigate and see where the items you lost went. Both of those auctions were cancelled yesterday. Give it 72 hours from the time it was cancelled, and if you still don't have them, go ahead and open a support ticket.

I made a bit today for a amulet called "Outomen" which had a bid price of $20 mill and buyout $30 mill, with these stat:

150 str
81 vitality
49 Arcane resist
70 All resist
9% attack speed
8% critical chance

In the final minutes I made the bid and this error pops up "The auction house server is currently under heavy load. Please wait a few minutes and try again".

I lose the item and the gold. Need help to get my refund back!

I'm seeing an item that you won for 20 million, and it was an amulet, so that's most likely the same one. You need to give it 72 hours from when the auction ended. If you still have not gotten the item, go ahead and open up a support ticket by following the link below:
