This group is for hunting uniques for the achievement "A Unique Collection." If anyone is also hunting them and would like to share any they find with each other, feel free to add anyone in the group listed below. In co-op, in order for anyone to get credit for a unique kill, they'll just need one hit or be nearby and the achievement will tick once the mob dies.
Note: There is an * in front of those confirmed active (as of 3 Feb 2013).
* haplessG00N #1820
* Myozi #1580
In order for anyone to be added to the above list, you must contribute at least 1 unique to someone else (this does not mean you need to find one first for others to share with you) or be vouched. Anyone that plans to simply freeload can get lost.
Locations for uniques sorted by acts and regions can be found here:
*Corrections to the linked site:
Gart the Mad / Saha the Slasher - Howling Plateau
Magelord Flaydren - The Storm Halls
The Crusher - The Keep Depths 2
Growlfang - Arreat Crater 1
Charuch the Spear - Arreat Crater 2 / Tower of the Cursed 1
Haxxor - Tower of the Damned 1
Otzi the Cursed - Western Channel
Stinging Death Swarm - Western Channel

That was less than clear. But to be fair, my question was less than clear too.
If you're referring to, "In order for anyone to be added to the above list, you must contribute at least 1 unique to someone else (this does not mean you need to find one first for others to share with you) or be vouched. Anyone that plans to simply freeload can get lost," that doesn't answer my question. Whether I'm on the list or not on the list or contributing to your satisfaction or not, what I was trying to understand is how do I actually get the information that someone has found a unique before they've already killed the unique. As I said, I tried checking the thread frequently, but evidently even checking it a couple times an hour wasn't frequent enough.
Swapto was kind enough to invite me, though, and explained that he whispers to friends who are online when he finds a unique. So it appears the "way to get in on the fun" is to mutually add everyone that is still searching and whisper to each other when we find a unique.
That being the case, next time I'm farming I'll add everyone you've listed in the first post and I'll be more than happy to invite you when I find a unique. I'm currently searching for Ebenezer Samuel and haven't found him yet after 50+ runs.

The only reasonable way about this is for newcomers to add everyone else already on the list, and for people who find uniques to take the effort to pm everyone on the list who is online. It's silly to just post on the forum and expect people who are online and farming to alt-tab every 5 mins to check the latest forum post. I've missed quite a number this way and it's really frustrating.
