Blizzard i feel very disappoint about you

I cannot accept this result. After my account being stolen, I have contacted you immediately, yet I was replied with that “everything seems to be all right”.

Therefore, I had to submit ticket again and again. Eventually you inspected my account and told me it was impossible to get my iteams and gold back.By then 48 hours passed.

They are my hardworking results costing over 500 hours. They are unique!

Anyway, the result is so disappointing. Apparently it is impossible for me to keep enjoying D3 as you expected. How could a man beat lions without any weapons?

This looks really ironic when you answer me

we determined that a save point -- which would allow us to return your account to a previous state -- does not exist. As a result, the rollback you requested is not possible.

We hope you continue to enjoy your experience in Diablo III!
