Over a day ago I bid on Skorn and Inna's Radiance. After the items expired it neither said I won or lost. The auctions just expired. I received no items or even gold back. Here is a screen shot
Below is a response from a ticket I wrote.
"This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hey there, Chris!
I'm contacting you from Account & Technical Services to help you out with your auction house issues!
Thanks for taking the time out to report an issue with the D3 Auction House to us. I will pass this report along to our QA staff. Keep in mind you can directly report issues to them as well by using the D3 Bug Report forum at (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386229/). ^_^
As for the item itself, unlike the World of Warcraft, Diablo 3 support is very limited in nature, and the Game Master staff is not able to investigate or restore characters, items or gold lost. We do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. For a list of Diablo 3 issues we can assist with, you may want to check out (http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/diablo-iii-policies).
However, please note that in most situations, it simply seems as though the items or gold payment are simply delayed, and should be available to claim after a few hours. Our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience!
If you have any other questions, be sure to check out our new Live Chat feature at http://us.battle.net/support/en/ :D it's brand new, and the wait times are super low! You'll want to start filling out a ticket as you normally would, but then you'll see the Live Chat button at the very bottom of the page.
Thanks for getting in touch with us!"
Omrakos, one of the blues in the technical support forum, keeps saying that people need to have their tickets "escalated", implying that the bottom level of the ticket team isn't capable of handling these type of issues. It would appear that this bottom level is not trained very well either, as many of them are telling customers to post their issues elsewhere, instead of escalating the ticket to the appropriate team as they're supposed to do.
So in your tickets, ask them to please escalate the ticket to the appropriate team. If they continue to be unhelpful, post in the technical support forum: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/5386227/
If they tell you that your issue must be solved by the ticket team, or that it must be escalated, link that response in your ticket to show that it's their responsibility to resolve your issue.
Same thing just happened to me few seconds ago... I was bidding on an item (10 millions), I've been outbidded in the last minute (15 millions) and I've rebidded just before the end at (30 millions). Then, nothing. I took a screenshot after the time expired and it says I was the winning bid, but I never received the item neither the gold back....
It's quite a lot of gold for me so I would like to have the item or at least my money back!
