Over a day ago I bid on Skorn and Inna's Radiance. After the items expired it neither said I won or lost. The auctions just expired. I received no items or even gold back. Here is a screen shot

As for the item itself, unlike the World of Warcraft, Diablo 3 support is very limited in nature, and the Game Master staff is not able to investigate or restore characters, items or gold lost. However, please note that in most situations, it simply seems as though the items or gold payment are simply delayed, and should be available to claim after a few hours. Our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience!
