I opened a ticket and requested, if it's possible, a rollback of my hacked account. It's been over 48 hours and I haven't heard a reply to the ticket and the account hasn't been rolled back. What is the normal wait time for this request?

It shouldn't be too long. Your issue was escalated to be reviewed for rollback eligibility. They'll be contacting you when they have an answer.
To answer your question though, there is no "normal" wait time. It's dependent on their workload primarily. They handle them in the order received so if there's a lot of people ahead of you, it takes longer.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
