5 and a half hours after the servers are up and I have the same message. I am unable to update and so, unable to play the game. Surely 5 1/2 hours is plenty of time to fix it. The last time I did the fix that was mentioned it stuffed me up and I had to reinstall, which I do not want to do again. Hope they get it right soon as I am not going to try any mentioned fixes this time for fear of having to redownload and reinstall.
Just deleted everything about diablo 3 and battle.net off my computer...

Am i able to burn my CD-Key and get a full refund? everytime i want to play i can't..
ok i take it this is not my computer ? i try 2 start game and all i get is (unexpected error see costomer suport) ? can u plz fix asap i have 3 hours a day when i can play its the only my time i get it help me wind down after work so help plz
You need to wait until the oceania servers have outfitted the 1.07 patch locally before you can connect and DL it. It may take a few more hours yet, so just chill with another game for a while (it's what im doing) , check Gen Discussion thread a few more have posted there.
Are you still having the same error? Which client are you using and what server do you play on? I have tested the enSG client and it has been fixed.
