Diablo® III

Before paragon levels were introduced there was no reason for quests to have EXP on them. Obviously you wouldnt benefit from it. However, now there is paragon levels and you can level beyond 60. Therefore, quests in inferno should give EXP now.

This is similar to how EXP shrines use to not spawn in inferno. Why? because you didnt need it before paragon levels were introduced. after paragon levels were introduced though they made them available to help players.

I realize some will say "Quest exp isnt THAT big a deal. Its not a lot of experience." However, this is not the point. The point is that every source of EXP adds up to your goal of leveling. Whether this is massacre bonuses, destruction bonuses, suvival bonuses, and quest exp it doesnt matter. It all goes toward the final outcome.
