I don't quite understand why ranged characters gets a 30% dmg reduction just like melee characters. I mean the point of the 30% reduc for melee characters was because they were melee, while ranged characters can kite and hit from afar. Now that ranged characters have dmg reduct as well, I feel like Barbs and monks are at a bit of a disadvantage when it comes to dueling. Just putting out my two cents. If someone can explain why this was necessary it ll be appreciated i'm not really complaining simply curious.
