FPS Drop After Patch

Anybody else getting this? I don't know how to fix.
Numerous people on my friends list said they got it but it went away the next day, I still have it. |

i have also experienced fps drops after the latest patch, but i dont know how to fix it
my fps before the patch was always on solid 60, but now it jumps up and down from 15-50 |

Also had FPS issues (capped at 15 fps).
I did a full windows update, updated gfx drivers (radeon card) and all was fine again after a reboot |
